(I decided to change it to a free for all. Hope no one minds!)
Leyla was feeling restless again, staring out the windows of Gryffindor Tower. It was a beautiful day, and she finally finished her homework, so she was free for the rest of the day. She was in a dilemma though, for she had no idea what to do! She wished so badly to prowl around the Forbidden Forest, and run free! She knew she couldn’t though, even if she is part elf, it’s dangerous for anyone alone to wander into those woods.
She groaned softly, slamming her head against the glass. ‘Ouch…’ She rubbed her forehead, then was struck by a sudden idea. She could go out into the Courtyard! It won’t be the same as wandering around the woods, but being outside was better then nothing! She quickly leapt to her feet, making her way out of the Common Room.
Down several staircases and down many halls later she was finally in the Courtyard. She inhaled the fresh air, sighing softly in delight. Yes, this is what she needed! She made her way to the stone bench, sitting down. Leyla stretched out, enjoying the sun and the peace. Of course, she didn’t know someone would have the same idea to come into the Courtyard…

Ginny was in the common room and sitting on the windowsill, her forehead pressed against the cool glass of the window as she watched all of the students wandering around outside. She had a pile of homework layed across her lap, which was only half-done. Hermione was scolding her for leaving her homework this late, since it was due tomorrow morning. But, right now, she just wanted to go outside and explore.
She sat up and placed her homework on the table next to her. She quickly looked around, making sure Hermione wasn't watching, and made her way out of the common room and through the empty hallways, which wasn't exactly odd since almost every student was either in their common rooms or outside.
As she exited the castle, she smiled. Ah, fresh air! She had been dying to smell the flowers and air since she had been inside all day. She loved the nature in the world, thinking it brought more peace into the world. She looked around her, spotting a fellow Griffindor and friend, Leyla, whom seemed to have the same idea as her to come outside. "Hey Leyla!" She said with a smile, as she walked over to her friend and took a seat next to her on the bench. "What's up?"

Leyla was staring up at the clouds, daydreaming and thinking. Today has been rather dull, and her mind seemed to be wandering away from her all day. She was almost caught by a teacher for not paying attention, but she saved herself because she was partially paying attention and was able to answer the question. During the time when she daydreams, she sometimes sink in so far that she loses touch with what’s going on in the outer world.
That’s what exactly happened, too. She was so deep in her daydreaming that she never heard anyone else entering the court yard, something that rarely happens for her to be caught off guard.
She nearly jumped from her seat when she heard someone call out to her. Looking over her shoulder, she smiled brightly when she saw that it was Ginny, a friend of hers. She waved at her, smiling widely.
“Hey Ginny!” She waited for Ginny to take a seat next to her, stretching her legs out before glancing over at Ginny when she sits down.
“Oh, nothing much… Started to feel restless again, so I thought coming outside would be the best thing for me to do.” Leyla watched Ginny curiously.
"So.. what brings you out here, Ginny?"

"Well, Hermione had me stuck inside all day studying and doing homework. I just had to escape." Ginny said, smiling at her friend. "When she finds out I escaped her clutches, there'll be hell to pay." She said, shaking her head in amusement. Hermione could be somewhat scary when she got angry. She didn't know how Ron held his composure and never got scared when he and Hermione fought every single hour, minute, and second of the day.....or so it seemed.

Harry walked across the grounds, wondering where all his friends were, especially after classes. Were classes that bad this year? Ofcourse not, even though he had to deal with that horrid Umbridge woman. How he wished she'd just drop off the face of the Earth and never come back. He came to the courtyard, his awful day brightening as he saw Ginny was there along with Leyla. He didn't mind the two girls conversing and thought he might leave them to do as such, but he decided to wait by the entrance, his eyes wondering if he'd be allowed to come forwards. He had just been released from double potions, much to his dismay, Snape had been particularly wanting to punish him so now he had a double detention cleaning the trophies in the Trophy room on the third floor. There were tons of them, but maybe, since Draco had been given a detention as well by McGonagal, they'd be able to get it done twice as fast. Having detention with Draco, given by Snape, wasn't the highlight of his day, but seeing Ginny under the sun's radiant light could always cheer him up. His bag was hung on one of his shoulders and the other strap dangling loosely. He smiled at the both of them, waiting to be accepted amoung female personal.

Leyla began to laugh cheerfully, giggling softly. Oh yes, she knew about Hermione. Hermione took school very seriously, and forced her friends into studying often, especially for tests.
“Oh how I would hate to be you, Ginny. At least I don’t have to worry about anyone hounding me to study.” She shook her head in amusement. Suddenly, her keen hearing picked up a sound of someone being there, someone else then Ginny and herself. She turned her head, spotting Harry Potter at the entrance. She smiled widely, raising up a hand to wave at him.
“Hey Harry! Come on over!” She grinned widely, waiting for him to respond.

"Eh, Hermione's alright though. She's my best friend." Ginny said, although her head snapped around as she saw and heard Leyla yell for Harry to come join them. A smile lighted her face as she saw Harry Potter, her boyfriend, standing against the wall with a smile upon his face as well. She now grinned at him and nodded, agreeing with Leyla on how she said for him to come over to them.

Harry smiled as Ginny took notice of him and made to join them as he took off his bag, tossing it over by the fountain. He came up behind Ginny and wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her close to him as he rested his chin on her shoulder, watching Leyla intently. "So what would two lovely ladies like yourselves be doing out here? Hope your not making too much trouble without me. I like abit of fun once in awhile too you know." He said, smirking playfully as he said the last sentence. He felt mischievious today and now that he had his girlfriend here with him, everything was completely perfect, even though it was also in the prescense of Leyla. He looked at her, smile still present. "I hope I haven't missed much. How're your classes coming along Leyla?" He asked her kindly, never knowing to be rude around girls, especially if they were from Gryffindor.

Leyla turned slightly red, seeing Harry oh so boldly wrap his arms around Ginny. ‘Ginny better know how lucky she is, to have a boyfriend such as him. I don't even have a boyfriend, nor have I dated...’ She cleared her throat, before grinning widely.
“Oh nothing much, Harry. We’re just hanging around.” She grinned slightly. “Believe me, Harry, if we were making trouble you would be the first to know.”
They were so cute together, it was just a picture. If only she had brought her sketch book…
“Nah, you haven’t missed much. My classes are coming along pretty good, actually. I’ve been keeping my grades up.”

"Good. I'd be pretty dissappointed if the love of my life was making mischief without me." Harry said playfully and kissed Ginny's neck just as playfully. For a moment there, it might have seemed like he was talking about Leyla, but he knew Ginny would know who he was talking about nonetheless so it didn't really matter. He remained with his hands around he waist as he took to slightly tickling her side, the same mischief gleam as had been present in the tower only just last night. The smirk also had been the same, but he made sure it was hidden from Ginny for he was sure she'd be able to see it later.

Ginny grinned as she heard Harry say that he hoped that the love of his life wasn't causing mischief without him, knowing he was talking about her. A small laugh escaped her lips as Harry slightly tickled her side, since he was tickling her ticklish spot. She looked up at him and smiled, noticing the smrik upon his face....the same as the one that had been on his face last night. She punched him playfully on the arm, glancing at Leyla and signalling that he should stop since he was probably making Leyla uncomfortable.

"Ow! Ok a guy can take a hint. No getting violent there my dear, atleast not in public anyway." Ofcourse the punch hadn't harmed him in the least, he was only fooling like he seemed to do quite often now adays. He still smirked, hands traveling from his side to her hands, grabbing them gently in his own. He rested his head right next to Ginny's neck, though her hair was threatening to tickle his nose. He moved it abit, to better look at Leyla and save himself from the evilness of the hair. Ofcourse he loved her hair, having always loved bright, flaming red hair like his mother had, but it was not quite as lovely as Ginny's. His eyes, sparkling behind his rounded-lensed glasses, were almost laughing right along with her. It was clear they were both in love for a blind man could see that, plain as day. Yeah they were abit mushy together, but it was always in a cute way.

"Ha ha, very funny, Harry." Ginny said jokingly, smiling up at him. She almost burst out laughing as she watched Harry put his head on her shoulder and tried to blow her hair out of his face. She shook her head in amusement, before escaping Harry's grip on her hands and putting her hair over one shoulder so that it wasn't in Harry's way. "Better?" She asked teasingly, grinning.

"Hey I didn't do it! Can't blame me! And yes, very much." He said, somewhat teasing her. He smiled, no, grinned at her as she shoved her hair out of the way, better to place a soft bite on her neck playfully. This kind of behavior was only to be expected from a couple, especially when one of the party members was Harry. It was more than weird the way he was acting, for normally when someone mentioned kissing, he gagged so hard someone had to slap his back to get him comforted. Now, however, he was growing up. All of them were, including Ginny and Harry saw this before you could even think about uttering the word 'Quidditch.' Harry made to rest his hands around her wasit once more, since she had succeeded in wrenching away from his grip. He wrapped his hands together, entwining his hands so she couldn't get away. "I'd like to see you try to excape the Harry Meister now. Muwahaha!!" Yeah his laugh was abit evil and his nickname was alittle corny, but what could you expect from a guy?

Ginny smiled up at Harry although slightly frowned as she realized that Harry was right. She couldn't get away. She wriggled and tried moving around but to no luck. After a couple more fruitless attempts, she looked back up at Harry. "You just wait. I'll escape you somehow, Harry Miester." She said jokingly, a look of amusement and joy shining in her light brown eyes as the sun cast down upon them.
