Oh for Merlin's sake..was Sirius Black actually studying?? Ah it's the Apacolypse! Everyone run for your lives! Well, it wasn't too unexpected. This was his fifth year and that meant Owls at the end of the term. Still, the hours he meant studying could have easily matched up to the amount of times he played the bobble-head game in History of Magic class with Binns. He didn't have a problem with the guy being a ghost so shove off him about that. It was the mere fact the guy spoke in a monotone, a repeatitive one at that. Sirius fell asleep in nearly every single one of his classes, especially Divination, but what could you expect from the Prankster Prince?? You couldn't very bloody well expect him to have his brains and pranks too, now could you? Actually, he was rather quite smart, but no matter how many times he had been told he was infact a bright student, nothing would change his mind about attempting to get into the passageway under the Whomping Willow. He and James had discovered it first year when Dumbledore made it for them to accompany Remus on his monthly transformations. Sometimes, however cruel it sounded, Sirius could almost think Remus had his condition like a girl did. His list of reasons was pretty skeptical: For one - It was always once a month, just like a girl's time of the month. Two - Remus always ended up bleeding for afew days, another analogy with a girl's time of the month. And three - Remus was always moodier than normal, also a good analogy when comparing one of his best mates to a girl.
Sirius laughed abit to himself for the great analogies as he began packing his stuff back in the book bag draped at his side. He smirked, more reasons erupting in his mind, but he kept them to himself for obvious reasons. Studying for Owls was just too much, so what better day than today to visit the Whomping Willow? He needed to get his mind off some things anyway and felt now was a good a time as any. He brought his book bag to his shoulder and took the steps up to the Boy's dormitory with haste, his eyes gleaming in such child like mischief. He dropped his bag in the closet, the normal place where he dropped his gear. He smiled to himself pleasantly as he came down the steps afew moments later, a leather jacket slung over his shoulder as his whistled a tune that had been going in his mind all day. He gave the common room one last look before heading out the portrait hole, the fat lady's eyes boring into his back. "Why do you look so peppy this afternoon Mr. Black? Tortured your first Gryffindor first year already?" Came her annoying voice. He scowled slightly and turned around, walking backwards. Hey, someone had to initiate the little buggers now right? He and James were famous for that and the detentions were proof too. "Oh so you found out already? Pity. So what if I did? I only have two more years here." He said, turning around to walk straight as he nearly bumped into someone. He heard her mutter 'thank heavens' so he decided to send a severing charm in her direction. Ahh..the sweet screams of portraits was enough to make his day. He smirked at this and eve more so when he passed many horrified portraits. He took each of the steps on the grand staircase two at a time, eager to get outside.
Soon his feet hit the floor of the ground floor of the castle and soon his legs carried him to the ground's doors. A glove clad hand reached forward and opened the doors, his lungs filling with the sweet air of mid-day loveliness. His face was made into a smile as he saw some of the snow begin to fall and just a nice day for it too. He had rarely been in this good of a mood, so maybe, he figured, it was a good sign it was going to be a good day. He came across the grounds moments after, watching as a few students hurled snowballs at each other in a muggle snowball fight. He smirked playfully as he picked up afew handfuls of snow and tossed them in their direction, his eyes sparkling when they hit their targets. They cursed at him, faces full of snow, but did nothing more as they let him walk towards the bare-branched Whomping Willow. He watched the tree carefully, its swaying branches intimidating with those that didn't know what they were doing. Unfortunately for him, the tree was prepared. It scooped him up with a curved branch and hurled him into the air, his wand slipping from his pocket and resting in the packed snow below the deadly branches. Sirius screamed out for help, but his cries could not be heard by the laughing and having a good time students.

((DAMN! you are a LONG poster... =) ))
Today was just one of those days. It was one of those days where you just wanted to sit at home, and not have to do anything. But for Our fellow Gryffindor, things just didnt work out that way. she had classes to attend, and then quidditch practice, and a million other things. why she was involved in so many things was beyond her, they where really of no use to her academic carrier. But she was invovled no matter how she looked at it.
she dragged her feet along the marble floor of the grand staircase as she made her way up to the Gryffindor common room. lugging a bunch of books and papers, she sighed, watching as all the other gryffindors and hufflepuffs, ravenclaws and slytherins where out having a good time with friends, while she was stuck doing school work. how fun. But on the brightside, she had all her work for today done, so all she had to do is drop all her things off, and she was free to go. So she entered the common room and tossed her things carelessly into an empty chair and then ran up to the girls dorm, changing into something more comfortable. she put on a pair of black baggy pants with chains and straps hanging every which way, a tank top that read the beatles on it, and a zip up pinstrip hoodie. she smiled, now in something better than that damn school uniform, and ran out of the common room as fast as she could to get to the outside world for once.
she excited the front enterance, but then stopped abruptly in the middle of the pathway. where was she to go? she really didnt have much to do. she wasnt accustume to having so much free time on her hands. oh the pressure! where to go? she could decided. it was then she decided tohead on over to a palce she had yet to visit since the begining of the year. It is a nice place to just sit down, and a nice place to get some anger out as you watched the whomping of the willow. Thats right. Harmony was on her way to the Whomping Willow.
But then, it started to snow. Very suddenly too. Harmony wasnt prepaired for this. But she could have only expceted this, for it not only looked like snow, but smelt like it too. nd she wasnt about to let some snow ruine her little day off. So she head out off the grounds towards the whomping willow, seeing students throwing snowballs at each other. She almost got hit a few times, but dodged them before it could hit her. And before she knew it, she was looking right at the whomping willow.
But something wasnt right. The willow seemed to already be whomping something.....or someone. she jogged over, her wolf eyes tracing the base of the tree to see if she could see anyone in danger. her ear twitched as she heard a faint cry for help. She ran towrads it at a very fast pace. Being a werewolf has its privledges. it was then she saw someone she reconized right away. Sirius Black-fellow housemate and school heart throbe. She looked at the titanic tree for a moment before noticing it was about to hit him head on with one of its largest branches. She sprintedtowards him, grabbing him and carrying him off out of the trees reach before he was to danergously hurt. Of course she got a few scratched, but nothing major.
she placed him down on the ground. He looked alright to her, dispite the fact he was hurled in the air. She blinked leaning over him. she pushed a piece of black hair out of her face. 'sirius? sirius are you alright?' she asked him/

Great. It was that time already: the time to take Owls this year. There were so many questions on the exam for Transfiguration and it made Sirius's head want to spin like a top. Here he was, scribbling down some of the most bull crap answers he ever read. Well, they seemed good enough. Afterall, how was he supposed to know how to become an animagus? It wasn't even he who suggested the idea, nor got he, James and Peter to do it. It was Remus, Mr. Bright sunshine that needed someone to accompany him on his monthly transformations. Sirius and the rest of the Marauders needed something to do at the time so they became animagi to help him out abit. Sirius smirked as he came to the last essay question. 'How many times have I told you to stop leaning your chair backwards Mr. Black?' Then Crash!! Sirius came flying back ward onto the floor, only to stare into the eyes of a particullarly angry looking McGonagal. Her eyes flashed dangerously and she muttered,"Well? How many?" Sirius looked into her eyes as lightning flashed across them once more. "How five-hundred this year alone Professor." She gave him a satisfied smirk and went up to her desk. Sirius groaned in displeasure and sat back up to finish some more of his exam when Snape walked in late, for the first time, and took his seat right next to Sirius. Snivellus got uncomfortably close to him and mummured something that sounded like: "It's our anniversary Puddums." He said with satisfaction. Anniversary? Of what? Sirius glanced over at him and yelled, causing everyone to turn their heads. He was wearing a pink tu-tu! And dressed exactly like Sirius!! Sirius screamed, running out of the room as a balerina Snape came bounding gracefully after him...
Sirius groaned in discomfort as the light of the sun that peared through the clouds came to his face. He could barely see who it was that was leaning down over him, but the voice was unmistakable. He squinted, eyes still grey, but alittle blood shot from being tossed around like a rag doll. "H-Harmony? That y-you?" He asked her weakily. He pushed his head back to the ground, tilting it over to the side alittle bit so the sun wouldn't get in his eyes as much. What had happened? One minute he was out here just walking calmly and then that tree scooped him up like a plush toy and started tossing him in the air. Now a Gryffindor was bending over him, trying to see if he was still alive. Well, alive he was, but not uninjured. His head was pounding in discomfort, after receiving a blow to the head by one of the smaller branches and now left a large welt on his forehead. The pain throbbed throughout his mind, piercing his brain and causing his vision to go all funny. He shook his head slightly and sat up, leaning on Harmony for support as he held onto his throbbing head. He felt like his heart had jumped into his brain and now beat uncomfortably there. He winced in pain, his whole body aching all over.

harmony blinked, looking at him for moments on end, seeing he wasnt awaking right away. she started to get a bit worried. she kept a steady eye on him, hoping he would wake soon. 'oh sirius....wakey wakey' she said, until she heard a groan come from him. she smiled a bit, knowing that he was still alive now, but injured, to say the least.
she looked at him closely as she heard him ask if it was her. well atlest he can still see alright......she thought to herself, watching him as he tried to get up, and leaned on her for support. 'easy there....' she told him, not moving from the position she was at, so he wouldnt fall over. 'what happened to you?' she asked him.

Sirius had come almost fully to, though his eyes were still alittle blurry. He gave a hurt groan as he leaned against her. "Bloody tree." He muttered, resting on the ground. It was freezing on the ground and he slapped himself lightly, which was a wholesome mistake. He gave a slight yelp. Yeah that was extremely painful. His mind was rushing as he tried to contemplate the dream that was running through his mind. He could only vaguely hear Harmony's voice, but he knew it was her. Why had she come out to help him? "I think I'm alright. I don't really remember. Alll I know is I was walking, minding my own business, then that blood tree scooped me up and sent me f..ow bloody Christ!.." He stated so brilliantly. He pulled up his sleeve tenderly, seeing his arm was black, blue, green and every other color of the rainbow. He touched it, then wished he hadn't. It was broken and probably in several places. "I think I need the hospital wing. I think it's broken Harmony." He said to her. He gave a small whimper. Not his perfect arm! He had gone without so much as a broken wrist in quidditch and now his arm was broken..by a flippin' tree none the less.

Harmony gave a small giggle. 'well dont poke at it' she told him, looking at it herself. 'yeah you definitly need to get to the hospital wing....she can fix it for you in no time' she told sirius, and then looking towards the tree. 'that thing is so dangerous....i dont even know why they have it on the grounds.....' she said, lying a bit threw her own teeth. she knew, why it was there, but kept it her own little secret.
'any who, lets get you to the wing.....you need that arm in quidditch' she smiled, awaiting for him to make the first move to get up. She was very relieved she decided to come to the whomping willow today. if she didnt...sirius could be dead.

Sirius made the move to get on his feet. When he did, however, he wobbled abit, a sign he might fall over. To his relief, he didn't, but still he leaned on Harmony for support. He smiled at her remark of him needing his arm for Quidditch. He nodded simply in reply because his throat was terribly dry. He tried speaking, though his voice was alittle raspy. "You're such a confidence builder Harmony. I might be able to walk there with your help." He stated, walking alittle and basically pulling her along with him. After awhile, he laughed abit, though it hurt his side to do so. He contemplated he might have a few broken ribs too. "They have it there to guard from students trying to follow Remus during his monthly changes. Honestly, I thought you would have known that after having a furry little problem of your own." He said to her. After being one of the best mates of Remus, he knew all the signs of how to tell werewolves from animagi.

she gave a wink at his remark. 'i knew....just thought id hear it from you first hand.' she told him with a smile, helping him walk. She felt him wooble a bit, and put his arm over her shoulder, and her arm around his waste just to insure he wouldnt fall. she then blinked a bit. 'your throat sounds horrid!!' she gasped a bit, reaching into the pocket of her hoodie. 'you see sirius, i always come preiared' she said smirking a bit, handing him a bottle of water. she wasnt sure why she hada bottle with her....most likely because she always gets a bit thirsty no matter what it is she is doing.
she glanced at him for a moment. he looked like he was in a lot of pain. I hope we get there soon.... she thought to herself as they walked. i dont like seeing people in pain
